This is my go to meal… You know the kind. The one you make for a neighbor who had a baby, the friend who had surgery, etc… It is easy, quick, holds well.
- cooked chicken cubed (you can use canned chicken)
- two cans mixed vegetables
- one can cream of (mushroom, celery or chicken)
- pie crust (I buy the refrigerated ones)
Mix first three ingredients. place in a pie dish (can also use an 8×8 or 9×9 pan). Lay the pie crust on top slice to vent. Bake 1 hour at 325.
